APP Systems Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Engineer to join our CTI Field Service team. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of CTI equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales technical support and training to end-users.
- Maintain accurate service records and generate detailed field service reports.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve escalated technical challenges.
- Ensure all service activities comply with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and equipment toolkits for efficient service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field service, preferably in CTI or industrial automation sectors.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an aptitude for hardware/software integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical documentation.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
