Tanggung Jawab
- Execute routine preventive and corrective maintenance on data centre critical infrastructure, including HVAC, UPS, and power distribution systems.
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to monitor performance, identify potential risks, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Perform rapid troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical failures to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to oversee site upgrades and installation projects.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and technical documentation in compliance with industry regulations.
- Support 24/7 facility operations, including participating in an on-call rotation for emergency response.
- Assist in the implementation of energy efficiency improvements and sustainability initiatives within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data centre operations or facility management.
- Strong technical knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH) and power backup systems.
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective, timely solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using Building Management Systems (BMS) and facility monitoring software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and provide onsite support as required by operational needs.
