You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our digital printing equipment, including expert installation, routine preventive maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute professional installation and configuration of digital printing machinery at client sites.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair technical malfunctions efficiently to minimize equipment downtime.
- Provide comprehensive operational training and technical guidance to clients post-installation.
- Maintain accurate service logs and documentation for all technical interventions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to resolve complex client requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the digital printing industry.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in machinery maintenance or field service engineering, preferably in printing or industrial equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting hardware and software components.
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required by service demands.
- High level of integrity, independence, and commitment to work quality.
