As a Service Engineer at Anradus, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our clients' systems. Your daily tasks will involve diagnosing complex technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all machinery operates within safety standards. You will work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems and advanced equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections to ensure equipment safety and optimal operational efficiency.
- Provide on-site technical support and service to clients, addressing their equipment needs promptly.
- Document service reports, including technical findings and maintenance logs, accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop solutions for equipment performance issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards and regulatory compliance during all service activities.
- Travel to client sites as required to complete assigned service tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining electro-mechanical equipment.
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple service calls.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various locations.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and service software.
