Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs for enterprise-grade printers, copiers, and multi-function peripherals.
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure high availability and reliability of equipment.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and relevant print management software for diverse client environments.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and firmware-related malfunctions and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to client end-users on basic operations and machine optimization.
- Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation for all interventions and repairs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely replenishment for recurring service needs.
- Collaborate with the logistics and support teams to resolve escalated technical issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in field service engineering, preferably within the office automation or printing industry.
- Strong technical aptitude in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical systems and electronic circuits.
- Proficiency in networking protocols and printer driver installation/configuration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor suitable for a client-facing role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively across multiple client sites.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is highly preferred for regional site travel.
