Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on various HVAC systems.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports, documentation, and technical assessments after site visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate timely repairs and installations.
- Monitor system performance metrics and suggest upgrades to enhance energy efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and on-site staff.
- Ensure all service operations strictly comply with local safety regulations and industry quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in HVAC service or facility maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, and building management systems (BMS).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety-first mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders professionally.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is a plus.
