Tanggung Jawab
- Commission and calibrate HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, and precision cooling units in data centres and commercial buildings
- Perform system diagnostics, functional testing, and performance validation to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports, documentation, and handover packages for project stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Conduct energy audits and optimize system parameters for maximum efficiency and sustainability
- Maintain technical proficiency through continuous training on emerging HVAC technologies and industry standards
- Provide technical support during system startup phases and troubleshoot complex operational issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC commissioning, maintenance, or building services engineering
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards, BMS controls, and refrigeration cycles
- Certification in HVAC commissioning (e.g., CxA, TCOM) or relevant industry credentials preferred
- Proficiency with commissioning software (e.g., TCOM, Quest) and diagnostic tools
- Valid HVAC technician license and relevant safety certifications
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex technical drawings and schematics
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and technical reporting
