Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical control systems.
- Provide prompt remote technical support to clients to resolve operational issues and minimize system downtime.
- Conduct routine diagnostic tests and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
- Document all technical service calls, maintenance reports, and system configurations accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineering staff to implement complex system upgrades and installations.
- Maintain a high level of health and safety standards during all field operations.
- Provide training or basic operation guidance to client staff regarding system usage and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial automation, field service, or maintenance engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults effectively.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Metro Manila and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of PLC programming or SCADA systems is a significant advantage.
