Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians while actively participating in hands-on industrial equipment maintenance
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems in industrial machinery
- Develop and conduct training programs for technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Manage service schedules, preventive maintenance plans, and emergency response procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company quality assurance requirements
- Coordinate inventory management for spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for service activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial equipment maintenance and repair
- Proven team leadership experience in technical or engineering environments
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
- Certification in industrial safety standards (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) preferred
