Tanggung Jawab
- Install, commission, and maintain SICK's sensor and automation systems at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance and system calibrations to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical training and operational guidance to client personnel
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for system upgrades
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for system enhancements
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during all technical procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation service engineering
- Strong knowledge of sensor technology, PLC systems, and industrial networks
- Certification in SICK products or similar automation systems is advantageous
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnostic methodologies
- Valid Malaysian driving license with willingness for regional travel
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
