Are you an expert in semiconductor manufacturing equipment? We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer based in Kuala Lumpur to join SRM Integration (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the peak performance of critical machinery used in the semiconductor industry. Your expertise will be vital in the expert installation of high-tech equipment, providing comprehensive onsite customer training, and diagnosing and resolving complex troubleshooting issues.
You will act as a technical partner to our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation and commissioning of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and calibration of complex machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure peak equipment performance and uptime.
- Deliver comprehensive technical training to customer operators and maintenance teams.
- Document service reports, technical logs, and defect analysis accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve product design and reliability issues.
- Respond to emergency service calls and resolve critical hardware failures promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, robotics, and pneumatic controls.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and flowcharts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective onsite customer interaction and training.
- Valid Class B or Class C driving license (required for travel to client sites).
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
