- Oversee and coordinate comprehensive daily service operations for lift and escalator maintenance across assigned sites in Singapore.
- Supervise and mentor field service technicians to ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections, performance audits, and risk assessments to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and provide effective, timely solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, managing service contracts, addressing inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, technical documentation, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with the Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and SCDF safety standards and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency within the service division.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical experience in lift, escalator, or vertical transportation maintenance and service operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore building codes, elevator safety standards (BCA/SCDF), and industry best practices.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience supervising, training, and motivating technical teams.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin or other local dialects is an advantage for liaising with diverse clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, service contracts, and work effectively under pressure.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferred for field visits across different sites.
