Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and routine maintenance of medical-grade aesthetic equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Provide timely and efficient repair services to minimize equipment downtime for our clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical training to end-users and clinic staff.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reporting of all maintenance activities.
- Manage and track spare parts inventory to ensure quick turnaround for repairs.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in technical service or field engineering is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong learning mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to hardware repair.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation for travel to client sites within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a flexible service schedule.
