Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on medical/laboratory equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical malfunctions efficiently
- Provide on-site repair services with minimal client downtime
- Train healthcare staff on proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Maintain detailed service documentation and performance reports
- Collaborate with sales team for equipment upgrade recommendations
- Adhere to ISO and regulatory compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years' experience in medical equipment service
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging or lab instrumentation
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Certification in relevant medical equipment technologies preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency call-outs
