Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on a wide range of company equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective and timely solutions to minimize downtime for clients in the East region.
- Conduct on-site inspections, service calls, and ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation of repairs, and maintain accurate records of parts used and service history.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering) to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement for service operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Service Engineer or Field Service Technician, preferably within an MNC environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery or systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, schematics, and service manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is essential for field service duties across Singapore.
- Ability to adapt to various working environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to the field.
