We are currently seeking a proactive and highly skilled Service Engineer - Mobile Crushers & Screens to join our dynamic team in Kemasik, Terengganu. In this critical field-based role, you will be the technical face of Sandvik for our customers, ensuring the highest availability, performance, and safety of our advanced mobile crushing and screening equipment.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of service support, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and major repairs on Sandvik mobile crushers and screens. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide hands-on technical support and on-site service for Sandvik mobile crushers and screens.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance.
- Commission new equipment and deliver comprehensive training to customer operators and maintenance teams.
- Prepare detailed service reports, technical documentation, and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and Sandvik safety standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate logistics efficiently for all service interventions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience servicing heavy equipment, ideally crushers, screens, or similar mineral processing machinery.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical control systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in remote or challenging field conditions.
- Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites within Terengganu, Pahang, and surrounding regions.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; knowledge of other local dialects is an advantage.
