As a Service Engineer, you will be the face of Liebherr, providing expert technical support, conducting complex troubleshooting, and performing high-level maintenance in demanding environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute complex troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on offshore crane systems.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure peak equipment performance and longevity.
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients and offshore rig personnel.
- Prepare detailed technical service reports and documentation for every intervention.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and equipment mobilization for specific service projects.
- Assist in the commissioning and installation of new crane units as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial or offshore crane maintenance.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, electrical control systems, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in offshore environments.
- Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/OPITO) are highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
