Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of precision weighing equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions using systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Conduct preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance and reliability
- Provide technical training to clients on equipment operation and best practices
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex engineering challenges
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 calibration standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment service engineering
- Strong analytical skills with proven problem-solving capabilities
- Valid driving license and willingness for frequent travel within Kuala Lumpur
- Proficiency in using calibration tools and diagnostic software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Certification in calibration or metrology is highly advantageous
