We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cikampek, Jawa Barat. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and commission industrial machinery at client sites
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Document service activities through detailed technical reports and maintenance logs
- Provide on-site technical support and training for client personnel
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate equipment upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service engineering or technical support
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and industrial equipment maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze technical schematics
- Valid driver's license with willingness for field service travel
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems and automation technologies
