Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of medical diagnostic equipment.
- Provide technical support and perform routine maintenance under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues on-site at various healthcare facilities.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure spare parts availability and timely service delivery.
- Participate in product training programs to enhance technical knowledge and operational efficiency.
- Provide prompt, professional responses to customer inquiries regarding equipment performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to mechanical and electronic systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation for travel to client sites within the region.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
