You will be responsible for installations, routine calibration, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting, providing on-site expertise that directly impacts our clients' operational success. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, and configuration of advanced scientific and analytical instrumentation at customer sites.
- Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to ensure long-term instrument reliability and compliance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electronic, and software-related issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
- Provide technical training and operational guidance to end-users on equipment functionality and best practices.
- Maintain detailed service logs, diagnostic reports, and documentation for all field interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring technical issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure all field service tools are maintained in calibration-ready condition.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in field service, maintenance, or calibration of scientific/analytical equipment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to read technical schematics and manuals.
- Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and software integration within high-precision analytical tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset for on-site client interactions.
- Ability to travel frequently to customer locations within the Singapore region.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is highly preferred.
