Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, and qualification of complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and control systems.
- Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving operational challenges.
- Conduct routine system checks, calibrations, and adjustments to maintain equipment accuracy and precision.
- Document all service activities, including detailed reports on repairs, maintenance, and equipment status.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback for product enhancements and service process optimization.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and cleanroom procedures while working on advanced semiconductor machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or Equipment Engineer within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex electromechanical systems.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments and stringent safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally for training or urgent support, as required.
