Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of semiconductor manufacturing systems.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Diagnose complex technical faults and implement effective repair solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve hardware and software integration issues.
- Maintain accurate service logs and technical documentation for all repair activities.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users regarding system operations and safety protocols.
- Monitor system performance metrics and suggest upgrades or improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical field service, specifically within the semiconductor or automation industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact effectively with clients.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required for system servicing.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial sensor calibration is a distinct advantage.
