Join StaffKing Pte Ltd as a Service Engineer or Service Manager specializing in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional who thrives in a dynamic service environment, providing critical support to clients across various industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting UPS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, be capable of diagnosing complex issues, and demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with customers. You will also be involved in conducting preventive maintenance schedules, performing system upgrades, and providing technical guidance to junior staff members.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission UPS systems and related power protection equipment for commercial and industrial clients
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on UPS systems to ensure uninterrupted power supply
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, replacing defective components as required
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical recommendations for system upgrades and improvements
- Maintain accurate service records, technical documentation, and inventory of spare parts
- Coordinate with clients to schedule service activities and provide status updates on ongoing projects
- Train and mentor junior technicians on UPS system maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Respond to customer queries and provide technical support both on-site and remotely as needed
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UPS system installation and maintenance
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with power electronics, battery systems, and AC/DC circuits
- Valid Singapore driving license is advantageous for site visits
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety compliance
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
