Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of variable speed drive systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance
- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and preventive maintenance on variable speed drives and related equipment
- Conduct system upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency and performance
- Train clients and internal staff on proper operation and maintenance of variable speed drive systems
- Prepare detailed technical reports, service documentation, and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for system improvements and additional services
- Stay updated with the latest industry technologies and best practices in variable speed drives
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in service engineering, preferably with variable speed drives
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles, motor control systems, and power electronics
- Certification in variable speed drives or related technical field is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in challenging environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site service calls
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, test equipment, and service software
