As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and operational efficiency of our crane fleet.
In this position, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of heavy machinery, from routine diagnostics to complex structural repairs. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers and technicians to maintain high standards of safety and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various types of cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify mechanical faults, hydraulic issues, or structural defects.
- Execute high-quality welding repairs and fabrications to restore equipment functionality.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to local safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical logs and service reports.
- Collaborate with operations managers to minimize equipment downtime and optimize workflow.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior maintenance staff when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in crane maintenance or heavy machinery service.
- Valid certification in welding (SMAW, GMAW, or FCAW) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with crane operating principles, hoisting systems, and rigging safety.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems.
- Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments, including heights.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
