We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer with specialized SMT (Surface Mount Technology) experience to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. This critical role involves providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for advanced SMT equipment in electronics manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in SMT machinery to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and support production targets. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This position requires hands-on experience with SMT processes including stencil printing, component placement, reflow soldering, and AOI systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and maintenance for SMT equipment including placement machines, reflow ovens, and inspection systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of SMT machinery
- Install, upgrade, and optimize SMT production lines
- Train production staff on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
- Document service activities and maintain technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SMT equipment maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and components
- Ability to read technical schematics and equipment manuals
- Proven problem-solving skills for complex mechanical/electrical issues
- Relevant engineering degree or technical certification preferred
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
