Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service across dining areas, cashier stations, and kitchen support roles
- Manage order taking, payment processing, and table rotation efficiently
- Ensure dining area cleanliness, hygiene standards, and optimal table settings
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining positive brand image
- Collaborate with kitchen team for accurate order fulfillment and timing
- Participate in product knowledge and service excellence training
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Support promotional activities and seasonal menu launches
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic math proficiency for cashier operations
- Physical stamina for extended standing and light lifting
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
