Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, assisting them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, answer questions regarding food and beverage items, and provide recommendations with a thorough understanding of Vietnamese cuisine.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Process payments using POS systems and handle cash or credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are cleared and reset efficiently.
- Actively listen to customer feedback, address concerns professionally, and strive to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service flow.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment.

- Basic command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia is preferred to effectively communicate with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
