As a Service Executive, you will be the backbone of our service department, ensuring our customers receive world-class support for their heavy equipment. You will bridge the gap between our workshop technicians and valued clients, orchestrating efficient service schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the entire service workflow from job initiation to completion, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries, technical consultations, and job status updates.
- Prepare accurate job estimates, including labor, parts, and timelines for heavy machinery repairs and servicing.
- Coordinate closely with the Parts Department to guarantee the timely availability of required spare components.
- Monitor workshop productivity and technician performance to meet key service delivery targets.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess equipment on-location and provide expert troubleshooting support.
- Ensure comprehensive service documentation is maintained in compliance with company policies and warranty requirements.
- Identify and promote service opportunities, upselling maintenance packages and parts to maximize customer asset value.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a service environment, ideally within the heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial machinery sector.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and service management software.
- Possess a valid driving license (D / GDL) and own transport, with a willingness to travel extensively within Sabah.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
