In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until they leave.
As a Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in our operations by rotating through various service stations to ensure seamless operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere upon their arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen team.
- Present menus with enthusiasm and provide detailed descriptions of our authentic Vietnamese dishes.
- Serve food and beverages with precision, adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage the flow of orders and handle special dietary requests.
- Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork abilities and a professional, positive attitude toward colleagues and guests.
