China Bank Savings is seeking a dynamic Service Head to lead our Makati branch operations. This senior leadership role requires strategic oversight of all branch functions including cash management, deposit operations, accounting processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. As a key member of our management team, you'll drive operational excellence, ensure adherence to banking policies, and foster a high-performance culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in financial services operations, regulatory frameworks, and team leadership to maintain the highest standards of service integrity and efficiency in a fast-paced banking environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations including cash management, deposit processing, and accounting functions
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate operational risks
- Ensure strict compliance with BSP regulations and internal banking policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance targets
- Optimize operational workflows and service delivery standards
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with internal audit and compliance departments
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' banking experience with 3+ years in branch operations management
- Strong knowledge of BSP regulations and banking compliance requirements
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Expertise in cash management, deposit operations, and accounting processes
- Advanced analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in banking systems and operational software
