Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the daily activities of the service and product support team.
  • Ensure high standards of service quality and adherence to technical protocols.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Monitor and optimize the service workflow to improve turnaround times and resource utilization.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on service performance, technical issues, and department KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical service, product support, or a leadership role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of service management principles.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
