We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to join the dynamic team at SR EV Automotive Sdn Bhd. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall management of our service center, ensuring that we deliver world-class vehicle maintenance and repair services. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and service advisors, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and customer-centricity. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the service center to ensure maximum efficiency and workflow.
- Lead, train, and mentor the service team to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Manage high-level customer relationships, resolving complex service issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with parts suppliers to ensure timely availability.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Drive monthly revenue targets and operational KPIs through effective management strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management, preferably in the EV or automotive industry.
- Certification in Electric Vehicle (EV) systems or similar technical qualifications is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in workshop management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and a strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving operational goals.
