Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily service operations for all elevator and escalator systems.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a high-performing team of field technicians and support staff.
- Monitor and control service costs while ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.
- Ensure strict adherence to local safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service inquiries and complaints.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
- Coordinate with project management for scheduled modernization and retrofitting activities.
- Resolve critical technical issues and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the elevator or escalator industry.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or management capacity within a technical field.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (EP/S Pass) is mandatory.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Valid Class 3B Driving License is required.
