Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for European culinary excellence? We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Service Manager to lead our Front-of-House (FOH) operations in the heart of Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives a world-class dining experience that reflects our commitment to elegance, quality, and impeccable service standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of European dining etiquette. You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of the restaurant, mentoring our service team, and driving operational efficiency to ensure both guest satisfaction and business profitability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily Front-of-House operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high service standards aligned with European fine-dining protocols.
- Train, mentor, and lead the service team to deliver exceptional guest interactions.
- Manage reservations, seating, and guest inquiries with professionalism and grace.
- Monitor and improve team performance through regular feedback and coaching.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Analyze daily operational reports to optimize staff scheduling and labor costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a management role within a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of European dining service styles and menu presentation.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse multicultural team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail regarding restaurant ambiance and service standards.
- Commitment to long-term residency in the Badung, Bali area.
- Relevant hospitality management degree or certification is highly preferred.
