Zoomlion is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Service Manager to oversee our mining machinery projects in Kintap, Kalimantan Selatan. In this critical leadership role, you will be the primary technical authority on-site, ensuring the peak performance, maintenance, and availability of our heavy mining equipment fleet.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise on-site service teams to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of mining machinery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to maximize machine uptime and productivity.
- Coordinate technical support activities and troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues in the field.
- Manage spare parts inventory, logistics, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with client stakeholders regarding equipment status and project milestones.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations across all site operations.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and site personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in service management or technical maintenance, specifically within the mining or heavy equipment sector.
- Preferred age range: 35-45 years old, reflecting a balance of deep technical seniority and active site management capacity.
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in remote or challenging field environments.
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems common in mining machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to equipment failure and project logistics.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
