As a Kiosk Crew member, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the service station. This includes processing transactions with precision, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the workspace remains clean and organized. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily kiosk operations and ensure smooth customer flow and service.
- Process cash and electronic transactions with high accuracy and speed.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and timely ordering.
- Prepare food items or merchandise for display and sale as required.
- Generate and review sales reports to track daily performance and trends.
- Ensure the kiosk area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate is preferred.
- Basic to intermediate experience in cashiering and sales operations.
- Strong background in inventory management and supply chain basics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and hospitality environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Must be available for full-time employment.
