Tanggung Jawab
- Exercise direct supervision over branch cash operations and new account processing to ensure 100% compliance with banking regulations.
- Act as a Service Officer Reliever across various branches in Region III, maintaining operational continuity.
- Monitor daily transactions and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and mitigate financial risk.
- Collaborate with the branch management team to achieve monthly business targets and performance goals.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to tellers and administrative staff regarding bank policies and procedures.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving escalated queries and providing efficient service.
- Prepare periodic operational reports for head office review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in bank operations, specifically in a cash or new accounts role.
- Strong knowledge of BSP regulations and standard banking procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate branch staff.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and core banking software systems.
- Willingness to travel between branches in the Region III area as required by business needs.
