Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily service operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage and mentor service technicians to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare regular reports on service operations and performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of Rolls-Royce products and services is highly desirable
- Proficiency in service management software and systems
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in service management or related field is an advantage
