Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end service order lifecycle processing and documentation
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve order-related inquiries and issues
- Monitor order progress and communicate timelines to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate service records in company systems and databases
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Generate performance reports and identify process improvement opportunities
- Act as primary point of contact for order-related customer communications
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and order management systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced technical environment
