Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong leadership potential with ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and CRM systems
- Proactive problem-solving approach with customer-centric mindset
