Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management or service delivery roles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving account growth
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
