Are you a resultsâdriven sales professional ready to advance your career in a multinational environment? At Adecco, weâre looking for a Service Sales Coordinator to drive service revenue, oversee coordination tasks, and ensure system accuracy across our Singapore operations.
In this dynamic role, youâll act as the bridge between our client base and internal service teams, executing telesales strategies, managing service orders, and maintaining high data quality standards. Your ability to cultivate relationships and identify upsell opportunities will directly impact revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Youâll collaborate with crossâfunctional teamsâincluding marketing, operations, and financeâto streamline service delivery, monitor performance metrics, and support the successful launch of new service contracts. The position offers exposure to diverse industry sectors and the chance to develop expertise in CRM tools, reporting, and process improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute telesales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate service orders from inception to delivery, ensuring onâtime execution.
- Maintain CRM data integrity, generate performance reports, and track KPIs.
- Act as primary contact for service inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and finance to improve service workflows.
- Identify upsell and crossâsell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Support onboarding of new service contracts and ensure smooth handoffs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, sales coordination, or customer service.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastâpaced environment.
- Detailâoriented with strong analytical and problemâsolving abilities.
- Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
