- Identify accounts with equipment approaching warranty expiration to initiate service sales opportunities
- Develop and present customized Preventive Maintenance proposals aligned with client needs
- Conduct technical assessments of equipment to recommend service upgrades and solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex service issues and ensure client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and service reviews
- Track sales targets and service revenue growth within assigned territory
- Stay updated on product innovations and industry best practices to enhance service offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or service engineering
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment maintenance and lifecycle management
- Proven ability to translate technical specifications into client-friendly proposals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and surrounding regions
- Certification in industrial equipment maintenance is a plus
