Are you a dynamic sales professional with a technical edge? Hyundai Elevator is looking for a results-driven Service Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our service division, responsible for cultivating strong client relationships and driving business growth through the sale of high-quality maintenance service contracts and modernization projects.

You will play a key role in ensuring the vertical transportation infrastructure of our clients remains efficient, safe, and reliable. We are looking for an individual who can combine technical understanding with consultative sales skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase service contract renewals and acquisition of new maintenance accounts.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess elevator performance and identify opportunities for service upgrades or modernization.
  • Prepare professional technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and negotiation to contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and service operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, market trends, and competitive intelligence to management.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the elevator, construction, or building services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of vertical transportation systems and maintenance service agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for pipeline management.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications is highly advantageous.
  • Valid driving license and own transport for site visits.
