Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of service solutions to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare comprehensive quotations, tenders, and proposals tailored to specific client technical requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers and technical superintendents.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
- Coordinate with internal operations and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical sales, service sales, or business development within the Marine or Oil & Gas industries.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret engineering specifications and drawings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a professional corporate setting.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets independently.
- Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and site surveys when required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard Microsoft Office tools.
