As a Service Sales Executive, you will act as the face of Scania’s service excellence. You will not only manage existing accounts but also proactively identify and develop new business opportunities. We are looking for someone who can combine technical product knowledge with exceptional communication skills to provide tailored service solutions that keep our customers' fleets running efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for service contracts and maintenance packages.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to understand customer needs and provide appropriate Scania service solutions.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with the workshop and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and activity report within the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly service sales targets set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, commercial vehicle, or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, parts, and service operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites within the region.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to hit targets and develop customer relationships.
