- Develop and implement comprehensive service sales strategies to drive aftermarket service growth across Asia
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships in the aftermarket service sector
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine service offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in service sales or aftermarket service management
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets in Asia
- Strong understanding of aftermarket service industry, market dynamics, and customer needs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies in Asian markets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
