Are you an experienced sales professional with deep expertise in the Oil & Gas or heavy industrial sector? Our client, a prestigious and established global leader in Heat Exchanger manufacturing, is seeking a high-performing Service Sales Manager to join their team in Selangor.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the service business unit, managing high-value client relationships, and identifying lucrative opportunities within the industrial equipment sector. You will lead the strategy for service contracts, maintenance programs, and equipment upgrades, ensuring our client remains the preferred partner for major energy stakeholders across the region.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share for heat exchanger service and maintenance solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the O&G, petrochemical, and power generation sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, engineering firms, and end-users.
  • Negotiate complex service contracts and commercial agreements to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions for client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and service offerings.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical preferred) or a related Business field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the Oil & Gas or industrial equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of managing service-oriented sales and meeting multi-million Ringgit revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of heat exchanger technology, maintenance protocols, and industrial plant operations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into value-added commercial proposals.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally to support client sites and projects.
